Rebirth (Lesson 1): Discover Your True Self

Understanding ourselves will set us free. The first lecture is about acknowledging the impact of karma on our current lives. We reap what we sow. Time and space are nonexistent in the spiritual realm, therefore life just continues on after life, along with our comprehension of what we are doing to ourselves and others. I will be explaining the workings of karma, what that means for us, how to surpass karma and how to close karmic bonds.

Discover your true self: WHO AM I AND WHERE AM I GOING?

The first lecture is an important foundation for all the upcoming lectures. We kindly advise you to approach the lectures in a systematic way and in their order. It is the only way for you to really make significant progress. The lectures are immensely abundant in content and created based on plenty of years working with people and are presented in a way that guides a person to acquire meaningful change.

The content of Lecture 1 is the fundamental knowledge about who I am and what defines me. It covers detailed explanations about:

  • influence of karma
  • soul’s purpose and experiences we need to acquire
  • how the outside environment affects us
  • ancestral patterns
  • duration of pregnancy
  • affects of the planets
  • what is karma
  • examples of karma
  • a guided meditation process for resolving and healing the bond with our parents

The soul’s purpose and experiences we need to have in this life are like water to a mill for what we are carrying inside of us. We are all born to obtain a happy and fulfilling life, but it’s up to us to either move through life aligned with our true selves or by other people’s patterns.  The environment affects every single person and builds and defines our life paths as well. Patterns we inherited from our ancestors are also a part of us and are like a puzzle that provides a standing ground for our life. If our ancestors were living their lives as humane and kind we should be as well. An extensive history of family arguments or arguments with other people and neighbors is an influence that determines us as well. It doesn’t just define us, it also offers us a chance to change what our predecessors weren’t able to or didn’t know how.

What determines me

The time of our birth plays a significant role too. Everyone asks themselves, who am I truly? What defines me or why am I the way that I am? Do I want to be different? When you start feeling a need to change yourself, you start noticing parts of yourself that are not aligned with the real you, parts you don’t like, and uncomfortable parts that may make you an unpleasant person to be around. You are feeling uncomfortable with yourself and are searching for a way to actively change. Who am I, what determines me to be the way I am, do things the way I do, think the way I think, and process emotions the way I process them? Planets draw our life paths based on the location and their positions at the time of our birth, along with the challenges we need for our growth, and help us with either support or lessons.

The lecture contains real-life examples from experience, that help us to better grasp and understand ourselves as well as the circumstances of relationships with others.

Duration of pregnancy

The time spent in the womb greatly affects all of us, including our children. The relationship dynamic between parents, the fact if they wanted to conceive a child or was the pregnancy unplanned, were they able to communicate and solve problems constructively, what emotions was the mother processing during pregnancy and much more, are all factors that come into play in shaping who we are. Every thought, emotion, and even disease formed by the mother has a great effect on the unborn child. The circumstances of the first three months are very crucial, the mother’s reaction to her pregnancy, the way she was feeling during pregnancy, how harmonious is her relationships with her partner and her parents, etc. In the case of pregnancy being an unwanted one, the unborn child already starts forming feelings of being unwelcome, patterns of self-doubt and fear, feelings of inadequacy, and feelings of not being accepted with love by the parents. Even just a thought or a feeling of dissatisfaction with the gender of the child plants a seed of unacceptance and low self-worth, leading to a lifelong pattern and an urge to please everyone around them, chasing the feeling of being good enough and to be accepted, filling an emotional need that was not met by the parents. Later in life, this can cause a person to feel an emotional disconnect with their parents, the person having trouble with processing and expressing their feelings and enabling them to open themselves to love. If the mother is expressing aggression or anger towards the father during the time of pregnancy, it’s exactly like attacking the child itself.

THE GUIDED HEALING MEDITATION PROCESS in the 1. Lecture

I will be leading you through a guided process for resolving and healing the relationship with your parents. This process is beneficial and soothing for you and the quality of relationships in your life!
